Jollibee Party Day (Angel, Timmy & Kyle)
Timmy and Angel are my godchildren and both of them were born on February (both 2008). Timmy is February 12 while Angel is February 15, so whenever they celebrate they birthday, it often falls on the same weekend. Amazingly, even though it always fell on the same day, it always has a different time. Always. Cathy (my cousin Moises' wife) and Pau (my friend since higschool err, elementary) doesn't know each other but the time (or sometimes day) of their kid's party is always in tune with each other that I don't have to choose which party I should and should not attend. Ang galing!

Feeling Kids again at Toy Kingdom
February 10. My mom, Talitha and I head over to Toy Kingdom in Megamall to buy gifts for Angel, Timmy and Kyle's birthday party on Saturday. Shopping for toys is always a fun-filled activity. Wag lang isipin ang gastos. LOL.
I bet most of the people who works in toys stores have a happy and cheerful attitude. Seeing lotsa toys can make everyone happy; yes, everyone – young or old, not only the kids. Or is it just us? I don't think so.
While looking around for toys, we saw a mom and kid playing some fishing game. Ang saya! We learned that it’s one of the challenges you can play when your total purchased amount reaches Php500 or more. My mom declared, “Tayo rin!”
Since we have two different receipts, we were able to get two game coupons. Even though there’s no child with us, we were able play the challenges, booth by booth. Feeling mga bata. Pwede naman eh. :P

KCAT CAN: Waiting For God's Signs
Whenever I can’t think of anything to write about— whether I mention it in my prayer or not, as long as I would think about it—God always gives me a ‘sign’ to answer this prayer; and Ndre’s story is my answered prayer.

Camille Party with Lotsa Love from the GYA Peeps
We were supposed to have an overnight party in Cainta a few days after Camille's birthday (January 18) but she got sick on her day followed by measles attack. Our party was scheduled on January 23, she was already rashes-free that time but could still be contagious so just cancelled the party and had a Kapitolyo foodtrip instead. But it wasn't cancelled all along, it was just postponed and rescheduled.

KCAT CAN: An infant’s struggle to live
Everything that I wrote were taken from "Hope for Coby" page as relayed by his Uncle Pau, Aunt Tracy and his dad, Emer. I don't know Coby or anyone related to him but it doesn't I won't help him; not financially, but with the best that I can. After I finished writing, I learned that God is alive and working on Coby because he's been touching a lot of lives, including mine.
An infant’s struggle to live
Pope Francis recently said, “The internet, in particular, offers immense possibilities for encounter and solidarity. This is something truly good, a gift from God.” After reading this quote, an update on the “Hope for Coby” page showed up on my Facebook timeline. It was like God telling me to share this little warrior’s story.
