Neurofibromatosisis a continuing battle, not knowing when an aggressive tumor will strike.
There are multiple tumors in some parts of my body, although most are inactive and do not cause any grave harm. I have fully accepted my health condition; but it does not mean that I will just endure it with passivity and do nothing about it. I am always hoping and praying that these tumors will continue to behave well and do no more harm to me anymore. If any need arises where I have to undergo surgery to remove a harmful tumor, then without any hesitation and without fear, I will concede and put my trust in God.
My CT scan on March 2010 showed hyperostosis — an abnormal thickening of soft tissues on my right sphenoid bone and lateral orbital wall. A noticeable protrusion of my right eye started to develop.

St. Scholastoca's hEARd me
Ms. Hazel Tan from St. Scholastica's College, Manila invited me to set-up a booth during their Ed Soc (Education Society) Week and ask me to be a speaker so that I can tell the students that having a disability does not mean that you have to be handicapped and won't be able to do anything.

Hope for Job
I learned about Baby Job on Facebook and he needs us..
Baby Job Tyrese was born in June 6, 2010 with BILIARY ATRESIA--a fatal, serious and rare liver disease that affects 1 out of 15,000 newborn infants. His disease is caused by his liver not having bile ducts that help the liver drain out bile to pass it on to the intestines for digesting food. As a result, the bile is trapped inside his body and this will cause liver scarring and loss of liver tissue and is destroying his liver.
He is in need of a liver transplant that costs 3 to 4 Million Pesos.

Coming Very Soon
You've helped my ear, now please help my eye.. We're currently raising funds for my upcoming open-head surgery to remove the tumor that's pushing my right eye and causing it to bulge out.
the heart used to be red, but the color didn't turn out right, so we decided to make it violet instead. besides, violet is more KCAT-like. :)

Dear Jon
While I was checking my FB wall last January 31, I paused and stared at the computer screen for a while when I read that Baby Jon Angelo Viado passed away. Sad. :(
I was planning to write my Dear Jon letter, I was still contemplating and thinking what to write, but he passed away too soon.. :| But then again, I told myself that it's never too late. I could still write him a letter & post it on my blog. Maybe someday he would be able to read it if stumbles upon it while surfing the net in heaven. Haha.
