I
told myself that after Tito Jim and April's wedding, I will have a haircut coz
I'm done with (not-so) long hair already. It often gets tangled up, especially
that I'm not fond of combing my hair. As in walang suklay suklay. Okay ng
gamitin ang kamay. :P Actually, I haven't comb my hair since yesterday. Tamad
eh. Sorry. And then I saw Tita Belle's new hairstyle during the wedding and I
fell in love with her hair. It's a sign! Kailangan ko na magpagupit!!!

Epic Freestyle Saturday w/ the GYA Peeps
The GYA Peeps loves Viber group chat! Our topics can be something serious and significant but most of the time it's full of nonsensessential and meaningless stuff like sending stickers, posting selfies or whatnot. And because of this, ALL our planned 'lakad' always pushes through — wala ng drawing!!!
And so we decided to go to Kanto Freestyle Breakfast in Kapitolyo.

Lopez wedding: The youngest son of GALS
Most of my friends know who Tito Jim is. He is my mom’s younger brother and my youngest brother who is 5 years older than me. We basically grew up together with my cousins. We call that older child we used to play with our Tito. From Hip-Hop music to Rock music, riding the bicycle and skateboard, crossline, kalokohan & all.
And then there's Paraiso ni Tito Jim. We felt like hanging out with him is like discovering a new paradise; paradise of reality. Paraiso! is something my cousins and I made up. It may sound as an excuse, but for us, it’s like seeing what’s ahead of us while being in tune with the current moment and having fun.
The elders used to ask, "Ano ba yang Paraiso na yan?"
We simply answer, "Ang realidad!"
...And then Tito Jim told us that he'll be marrying his last girlfriend, April.

KCAT CAN: Everyone needs a family
Everyone needs a family
Most of my friends know who Tito Jim is. He is my mom’s younger brother who is five years older than me. We basically grew up together with my cousins. From hip-hop music to rock, riding the bicycle and skateboard, I learned it all from him.
During our teenage years, we used to call his place “Paraiso” because hanging out with him was like a paradise of reality. That was something my cousins and I made up. It may sound as an excuse, but for us, it was like seeing what’s ahead of us while being in tune with the current moment and having fun.
Last January 10, Tito Jim married his girlfriend, April Policarpio. I already forgot how long they were together because it seemed like they’ve been a couple since the day they were born. April went to the US in 2012 so they were separated from each other for more than a year. But they have proven that distance is not an obstacle because their love grew stronger. They later decided to get married.

I wore Terry's Shoes and I will again, because I CAN!
Who says I can only wear a leg brace and orthopedic shoes? No one.
I actually wear regular shoes or sandals whenever I feel lazy to wear a leg brace, go to the church, somewhere in Kalentong, neighbor's house our outside the house (literal na labas ng bahay). The only regular shoes that I currently have are the crocs that I used to wear with my old plastic foot brace. So oftentimes, I would borrow Talitha's loafers or sandals (but definitely not this shoes). She has a bigger feet size than me (she's size 9-10, I'm 8.5-9) but it's fine because I'm not comfortable wearing shoes that are too fit; my feet are weird that way.
And then I received this:

KCAT CAN: Life Must Go On
LIFE MUST GO ON
It seemed like the world is moving too fast and I wanted it to stop, or at least slow down, so that I could keep up. I wanted the time to wait for me. Then I realized, life goes on, and I have to live with it.
Before my health deteriorated in 2005, I was fond of going out with my friends, love ones and even by myself. I was a very outgoing type of person as they say, enjoying life to the fullest. This is one of the reasons why I didn’t feel bitter about life when I became sick because I was still able to enjoy many things whenever I can. Most of my friends and family rely on me in terms of choosing and planning where and when to go, and what to do. They even tagged me as the promotor or pasimuno. But then I got so sick and weak, I was not able to go out like I used to. Or so I thought and I was wrong!
