RARE RUN 2010 Ala Eh!

Calling all families, friends and running enthusiasts! It's time to run, have fun and celebrate with us the birthdays of Julia and Vince through a FUN RUN called RARE RUN ala EH! on Dec 18, 2010.This is a special event that aims to raise funds for the benefit of kids with rare disorders like Vince and Julia. Proceeds will go to the Philippine Society for Orphan Disorders, Inc (PSOD) and Breathe Initiative (BI)

Please come and join us as we Run For A Cause and share our blessings, in lieu of our Birthday Celebration, on December 18, 2010. Proceeds will be for the benefit of The Philippine Society for Orphan Disorder and Breathe Initiative.

Vince is turning 12 years old on December 19, 2010. He was diagnosed with Type 1 Osteogenesis Imperfecta or Brittle Bone Disease last January 2008and has been on pamidronate therapy since then. His drem is to become a priest someday.

Julia is turning 10 years old on December 21, 2010. She was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder seen almost exclusively in girls. Julia has an indomitable spirit and she has a message for all of us; that the next time we see someone in wheelchair, remember that she/he is a whole, just like you and me.




Registration starts at 5:00 am at Lipa City Plaza Idependencia. Fun Run starts at 6:30 am. Registration fee is P50.00 for kids below 12 years old and P100.00 for adults. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 100 participants.
